George Paton left WebbPaton to set up Paton Land in 2023. George has 32 years of experience working for landowners in Wiltshire, Berkshire, Gloucestershire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Bristol, Milton Keynes and Swindon, where he has built up a reputation of being one of the leading development land consultants in residential and commercial strategic land promotion.

George is joined at Paton Land by Michael Shirley as Development Land Consultant. George also works with other independent Land Agent’s helping on a consultancy basis where they feel they do not have enough experience with development land to negotiate options, promotional agreements and sale values. He regularly values development land under option agreements and has sold land with planning permission under promotional agreements.
