Paton Land have set up a new department to advertise your farm, house, buildings, garden, woodland, and landscape to film productions. This is an annual subscription service where landowners upload their own photographs to our database.

We then circulate your photos around film producers and location finders. If your property is chosen Paton Land will negotiate the contract with the film company, sort out the financials, deal with the provision of a temporary compound using temporary matting and show roads for the production teams vehicles, provide electricity generation, toilets and water.

Producers are paying between £10,000 to £80,000 per day to film, on unusual locations. Your farm may have an additional farm diversification income which you are not unlocking. We all know those attractive spots on your farm, but film producers are also looking for redundant houses and previously unfilmed landscapes.
